In the area of sustainability, our integrated annual report contains a Sustainability Statement that we have developed in line with key sustainability reporting guidelines such as Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Guide 2nd Edition. Our ESG Performance

We aim to transparently report our ESG performance on annual basis. We have included data at least for past 3-year to enable comparison. We monitor our ESG data to ensure we capture the material sustainability performance. Please download our latest datasheet for Sustainability Performance here.

IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Alignment

AEON is reporting in alignment with the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards under the National Sustainability Reporting Framework for the first time for FY2025. This includes the application of IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures for the annual reporting period commencing 1 January 2025.

In accordance with the transition provisions under IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, as well as the applicable requirements under the Main Market Listing Requirements (MMLR), AEON has applied the available transition reliefs, including the exemption from disclosing comparative information where applicable.
