As Malaysians priorities healthy and convenient food to fit in with their busy lifestyle, consumers are turning to tasty and healthy Thai food and beverage products.
“Malaysians are living busy lives, and are looking to buy food that’s convenient and healthy for their families without sacrificing quality or taste,” says Hiroko Yamada, Assistant General Manager of Foodline Merchandising Division, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. “ In a world where modern food is changing so rapidly, Thai offers consumers a hundred-year track record of food innovation, producing products that are nutritious and safe to eat.” Added Yamada.
Through this event, we hope to introduce an exciting food journey set to thrill the taste buds of our customers. On top of promoting Thai food, we are also looking to identify and seek possibilities of selected Thai products to be included in the supermarket repertoire for permanent sales in the future.
“Malaysia consumers already love Thai products such as Tomyum soup, salad dressings, fish sauce, noodle under brand such as Suree, Kindee, Roithai and Royal Umbrella. With exciting beverage products such as Green tea and coconut jelly drinks from brand such as Suwirun and Inchitam in a flash, Malaysians can look forward to facing their day the Thai way at AEON Supermarkets,” says Hiroko Yamada.
The fair will be held from 25th April until 8th May 2013 at various AEON Stores including AEON Bandar Utama, AEON Midvalley, AEON Ipoh, AEON Tebrau City, AEON Metro Prima, AEON Bukit TInggi, AEON Cheras Selatan, AEON Bandar Puchong, AEON Bandaraya Melaka and AEON Bukit Indah, Johor.
