Malaysian AEON Foundation together with AEON BiG Puchong recently celebrated the Chinese New Year with 50 children from the House of Joy in Puchong, Selangor.

Malaysian AEON Foundation together with AEON BiG Puchong recently celebrated the Chinese New Year with 50 children from the House of Joy in Puchong, Selangor. It was part of social sustainability initiative in sharing the love and joy with the children in conjunction with the celebration.

The event was filled with laughter and happy faces as the children enjoyed the lion dance performance and traditional tossing of ‘Yee Sang’.

MAF is the corporate responsibility arm of AEON Group Malaysia which strives to provide assistance to those who do not have the access to basic needs such as education, shelter and medical support regardless of race and religion.

For this year, MAF has worked with 10 AEON stores nationwide such as AEON Mall Metro Prima, AEON Mall Cheras Selatan, AEON Mall Bukit Indah, AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18, AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka, AEON BiG Puchong, AEON BiG Kepong, AEON BiG Batu Pahat, AEON BiG Bukit Rimau and AEON Big Ipoh in bringing the joy and happiness of Chinese New Year to more than 400 children.
