Health and Safety Standard

We commit to ensure our employees return home safe and healthy at the end of every working day. By protecting our workers, we strive to reduce absences, ensuring that our workplace is more efficient and productive. We also commit to ensure our operations minimise the impact on the environment.​

All operation sites are established with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) committee, chaired by the respective mall and store management representatives, and overseen by the Deputy Managing Director/Chief Governance Officer of AEON CO. (M) BHD, who is a Director of the Board.

OSH related risk assessment is carried out for all potential new and existing operations where risks and mitigating measures were assessed.
