AEON Corporate Venture Capital and the MIC commits to:

1. Making responsible investments in order to create sustainable, long-term value in close partnership with management teams and co-workers;

2. Considering the ten (10) principles of the UN Global Compact in its due diligence or target companies before an investment is made;
