AEON Group of Companies announced in a signing ceremony held at the Ministry of Youth & Sports that the Company will be one of the Silver Sponsors of the 29th Southeast Asian Games (“SEA Games”) and the 9th ASEAN Para Games.

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad and AEON CO. (M) BHD.; the two (2) companies under the AEON Group will be in the forefront of this sponsorship and will be known as the “Official Credit Card & Retail Partner” for the said games. Both companies sponsorship in the games is the first and is a show of support for this sporting event.

Present to witness the official announcement of AEON Group of Companies as the Silver Sponsor was Y.B. Datuk M. Saravanan; Deputy Minister Youth & Sports.

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad’s Managing Director; Mr Kenji Fujita said they were pleased to be a sponsor of one of the biggest sporting events in South East Asia. He continued to comment that AEON Credit has always believed in local talent having sponsored the Ampang Jaya Badminton Club which is part of the Malaysia Purple League hence it seemed only natural to be part of this sponsorship.
