AEON MALL IPOH STATION 18 REOPENS WITH A FRESH LOOK AND FAMILY FRIENDLY WELLNESS UPGRADE

Ipoh, 26 June 2025 – AEON CO. (M) BHD. (AEON) proudly announces the reopening of AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18. The mall now features a newly revitalised space with upgraded amenities designed to meet the evolving lifestyle needs of Ipoh’s growing community. This transformation marks a key milestone in AEON’s ongoing commitment to innovation, family wellness, and customer-centric experiences.

The reopening ceremony, held on Wednesday, 25 June, was graced by YDH Toh Amar Pahlawan Clr. Dato’ Ahmad Hariri bin Kamarudin, MBI Council Member and Chairman of the MBI Tourism, Arts, Culture, and Heritage Subcommittee.

The revitalised mall introduced 19 new tenants into the mall. AEON Mall Ipoh Selatan 18 also introduced Cloudscape, a family zone area located on the second floor, the first to be introduced by AEON. It consists of family entertainment, fitness centre, sports facilities and cafes.

Visitors can now enjoy seven newly introduced pickleball courts located on the second floor. This isq the first pickleball facilities in Perak located in a shopping mall. The upgrades also include a fully equipped fitness centre and the popular AEON Molly Fantasy indoor entertainment hub for children.

The product selection has also been diversified, with a focus on AEON’s in-house brands such as TopValu and Home Coordy. In addition, the Delicatessen, Coco Café, La Boheme, and La Boheme Coffee areas now feature a fresh and more inviting ambiance.

AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18 first opened in March 2012. It was the second AEON Mall in Ipoh after AEON Mall Kinta City. It remains one of the retail destinations for the local community in Ipoh. AEON currently operates five AEON Malls in Perak, three of which are located in Ipoh namely AEON Mall Kinta City, AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18 and AEON Mall Ipoh Klebang.

These enhancements reflect AEON’s strategy to create meaningful lifestyle destinations that go beyond shopping. They also represent a reimagination of what a modern community expects from a mall. With this transformation, AEON aims to offer a space that fosters togetherness while promoting health, happiness, and sustainability.
