AEON, a leading retailer in Malaysia and acclaimed Malaysian fashion designer, Datuk Radzuan Radziwill, joined forces to create a designer ready-to-wear collection produced exclusively to coincide with the coming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations. Ms Nur Qamarina Chew, Managing Director of AEON Co. (M) Bhd. officiated the launch of the limited-edition collection named ‘Busana Tradisi by Radzuan Radziwill’ at AEON AU2 Setiawangsa which featured a fashion show to introduce the special collaboration.
AEON also took the opportunity to showcase their Hari Raya Collection which featured festive wear from household brands including Puteri, Guys’ Vision, J Kids and J Baby. Modern and versatile, the ladies and kids range features comfortable fabrics such as cotton enhanced with beaded and lace detailing while the men’s range showcased the latest collar designs. Ranging from RM59 to RM259 (ladies), RM49 to RM109 (men) and RM49 to RM89 (kids), the AEON Hari Raya Collection is available at all AEON outlets nationwide.
‘Busana Tradisi by Radzuan Radziwill’ stays true to the classic Malay attire which is best known for its comfort and modesty. Inspired by the finesse of traditional Malay costume where each pattern is complimented with the right fabric to enhance the exquisiteness of the design, the collection is a reflection of grace and elegance.
Strong, vibrant colours combined with delicate tenun and chiffon brocade fabrics highlight the uniqueness of each creation ranging from Baju Kurung Pesak Berpoket to Baju Kurung Riau, Baju Kedah and Baju Kebaya for the ladies and Baju Melayu Cekak Musang and Baju Melayu Teluk Belanga for the men. The exclusive collection consists of 10 ladies designs priced at RM299 each and three men’s designs priced at RM199 each. ‘Busana Tradisi by Radzuan Radziwill’ is available at 15 selected AEON outlets including AEON Seberang Prai City, AEON Ipoh Kinta City, AEON Taman Equine, AEON Cheras Selatan, AEON Taman Maluri, AEON AU2 Setiawangsa, AEON Wangsa Maju, AEON Rawang, AEON Bandar Utama, AEON Mid Valley, AEON Bukit Tinggi, AEON Bandar Baru Klang, AEON Seremban 2, AEON Bandaraya Melaka and AEON Tebrau City starting from 1st July onwards while stocks last.
